Lawrence was wonderful! He helped me in such a timely matter and was so nice and friendly.
That was almost 2 weeks ago I'm still waiting on a call back lol
Not in office when you need them. Communication is poor. I asked to cancel my policy and called the main number to see if it was actually cancelled a few days later and no, policy was still active and I still owe!
In all of my years I have never experienced an Agent as unprofessional as Bruce Sargent. He doesn't respond to customers, his staff makes up lies for him and rational for not returning calls. I'm changing insurance companies in order to find an agent with more professionalism. Beware if you select him as your agent and become distraught with his poor quality of service you can not change to another agent, you are stuck with him. Hope this helps someone considering him as your agent.
