They are committed to the well being of the children they see. The support staff is friendly and attentive. My children feel comfortable and Dr. Sacks treats them with kindness and respect. If they need to adjust their diets or levels of exercise he tells them in a way that is supportive and not hurtful. All the Doctors return your calls promptly when there is an emergency.
