rude receptionist – It's funny that I find another review on here w/the same complaint. I called the office to get more info on treating acne scars, and the girl tells me the Dr will call me back b/c she doesn't know how much the treatments will cost, etc. The Dr never called me back, so I call her again the next day. Horrible staff – Staff was extremely unfriendly over the phone. This Korean bit*h hung up on me when I was trying to make an appointment. I was not rude, not until now, bit*h.
