NOTHING this man has told our family in FIVE YEARS since we retained him has come to fruition. We were supposed to have a DEEP 6 FIGURE suit. The whole time telling us "we got them!" " it's a lock" ...OVER 4.5 yrs and bunch of lies or inaccuracies have been spewed by this ambulance chaser. Horrible lawyer , I have a multimillion dollar case against the PATH and he sued the wrong people. Thank God I fired him. He will settle your case for peanuts and shortchange you out of the money you deserve . All his cases settle below 500,000, just look at his poorly made website.
Used Mr. Gates for an accident case and I was very disappointed in the results. He had my case for 2 years and was terrible at returning calls. When I did pin him down, he was often side stepping my questions. In the end he gets me less than $2000. Total waste of time.
