Worst Practice! – I have also been a patient at this practice for about 6 years and never had a problem until recently. However, my experience with the staff was very limited to my P.A. that I saw once a year. Once I became pregnant and had more frequent office visits I quickly realized what a mess this practice is. Money driven no good doctor – Go to this doctor if you want to feel like a number and not a patient. I first found out that I would be required to pay for delivery by 26 weeks or they will he would no longer accept me as a patient, when I questioned asking if that ensures he will be delivering my baby he replied "no, i need to have days off too." ... Find another doctor!!! – I was a patient for 7 years. I hated going to the Winter Park office because it was always a half of a day lost. Even though I lived downtown, I drove to the Oviedo office. When I was pregnant, I just happened to be on a COBRA insurance plan. My initial visit I was told to pay $800 and insurance would reimburse me (this was wrong info). So I paid. The worst practice! – I wouldn't recomend this place to anyone. The billing department and the office staff are the rudest people that I had ever met. For 45 minutes they insisted that I pay over $300 dollars before I see the doctor, even my insurance manager called them and ask them to resubmit the bill that will be covered. No, until I payed they would not consider to talk about it even they made that mistake by wrong coding and they wouldn't change it. HORRIBLE office staff – If you are pregnant or even if you're not, DO NOT join this practice. Yes, the doctors are good, but the office staff will drive you insane! I am 29 weeks pregnant and I am switching doctors because of the level of professionalism. Well, lack thereof. The billing/medical records department..wow. Some of them cannot even complete a proper english sentence. They treat you like garbage. Best in Orlando – The entire staff is wonderful, they know you by name as soon as you arrive. Always got a call back within hours after leaving a message. Have been through three pregnancies with Dr. Lazar who is absolutely the best in Orlando along with his wonderful assistant Evelyn. I would highly recommend going here.

Amazing! 100% Recommend – I left my first Dr. seeking a doctor that understood that this was my first preg. and that I had TONS of questions... These Dr. were very patient and understanding of my needs. I met 4 different Dr. which was good being how they dont know who is going to be on call when you go into labor... I loved them!
