Ripoff service department, said they ordered and installed a part (turn signal switch) that I acknowledged I'd broken (I observed the switch itself, tore off part of the flange that holds it in place). My own mechanic later shows me that same switch...simply pushed into the controls, not held in place...wires like a bird nest, clamshell not closed fully. Top it off, they didn't tighten the battery cables securely, leaving me with a tow charge a few weeks later when the bike wouldn't start.
