They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their receptionist was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I end up waiting 30min to an hour in the waiting room at evry visit.They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
She needs to treat people with more respect. She wasn't overly rude but she could have been a lot nicer. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else. I was disappointed that their staff didn't seem to respect them very much. Not only was she unwilling to seek any sort of advice from anyone else when she didn't have an answer for me, she highly discouraged me from seeking anyone else's opinion.
It doesn't matter how many times I come here, they just cannot seem to remember my name and they make no effort to even try. I'd rather go to someone else who might actually appreciate my loyalty and business. I felt comfortable that the medical equipment they used was up-to-date and completely safe. I knew I was in good care. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome.

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.
