No issues at all. Friendly staff.
Would not recommend this surgery phone are always the same phone at 8 every 20 mins it’s just hangs up you loose your place in the cue and have to start again, when you finally do get throught your always told there no appointments left anyways. I phoned on monday due to having a broken finger i have no way to get to a and e i have no money and no family or friend who is able to take me i’m phoned bruce medical asking to see a doctors so they would refer me to get an x-ray because with gp referral i would get an appointment ... read more
Guess I’ll just suffocate from lack of inhalers since the phones never get through to anyone no matter what option is selected at 8am
What kind of practice hangs up on people. This one does. You call them and the phone rings for ages then it tells you to call back later and hangs up on you. They shouldn't be hanging up on patients. This is utterly disgusting. The practice needs reporting.
Do not join this practice if you cherish your mental health. The level of stress trying to get an appointment or speak to someone is beyond the pale. You cannot get through even if you start dialling at 7:59am. Their lines are constantly busy or broken, staff are always sick or they are under staffed. Worst practice I have ever had to deal with. I would give zero stars if possible. Shocking.
