Bruce Mechanical installed a ductless AC/heating unit in our upstairs. They were courteous, clean, excellent to deal with, knowledgeable, punctual. It took about 3 weeks from first phone call (to determine what we needed) to installation, and resulted in making our upstairs habitable in this summer heat. Not only is the unit quiet, it is so efficient it effectively cools the downstairs as well, so our AC connected with our furnace rarely comes on. First rate company.
