He has been handling my (our) taxes for years. They always keep me informed and do a great job.
We found out that we owed a very large sum of taxes despite what Mr Avey told us that we owed when he completed our taxes for us. We found this out by a letter from the IRS. When we called and emailed multiple times to find out what happened that we owed so much even after we had already paid what we thought we owed there was zero response from Mr Aveys office. I spoke with lady there and needless to say very RUDE. They did my taxes and somehow put my stimulus check in only his acct. Was from a couple yrs ago. Thank goodness my friend a Branch Manager it was in acct of 2018 or 2019 and was right. Avey's office she told me up front rudely that they have no info on stimulus pymts. When in fact they do since stimulus check based on tax return info. Then Dad's bank would not tell me amount, etc. So my check, not endorsed by me.
