My dog Krekel is so much happier having Dr. Lowenstein come to the house than having to go to an office, which makes her very, very anxious and he is very kind and patient with her. When she developed a persistent limp and shaking, which no one else was able to help with, including the Animal Medical Center, he made the suggestions (putting her on a diet, restricting her activity) that finally made a difference.
Picked up their business card at my local pet store and tried to register my pet online just to be proactive. Got a text basically saying “we don’t keep info unless you’re booking right now. Re-register later.” Seriously? That’s how you treat a potential client? I’ll take my business somewhere that values future clients too. Beware !!
Nearly 3 years ago, the clinic across the street told my partner and I that we needed to consider euthanizing our 16-year-old cat Evie because of her severe, intractable constipation. Dr Lowenstein went above and beyond to help me with my fur baby. It’s hard enough as a human to move, and I knew it would be stressful on my fur babe. Dr Lowenstein was able to give her a full examination to ensure she was ready to fly. My cat tends to be tender and sweet, but nervous - he eased her, and prepped her for flight which went wonderfully! Now she’s united with me, and we are thrilled!
Dr. Lowenstein is the absolute best! His expertise and knowledge are outstanding, not to mention he is incredibly responsive, thoughtful and empathetic. He truly cares for his patients like they are his own and is one of the best veterinarians out there. Unfortunately we moved out of state, so we can no longer use him as our primary vet, but I still contact Dr. Lowenstein whenever I have any concerns or questions regarding my cat’s health and he is always super responsive and willing to offer his advice and insight over the ... read more
