For a first time visit, I expected to be rushed through the in-take process and given a 'standard' service. Dr. Kent gave me anything but that. He listened to everything I had to say, read every document I brought in as evidence of my conditions, and took me very seriously. I asked for some very serious testing and investigative procedures for a first time appointment. Nonetheless, he took me seriously and in the end , it may end up saving my life. Dr. Kent is a great doctor. My mother has been a patient of his for years. However, be prepared to wait. Dr. Kent takes his time with each patient & that's great. My mother's last appointment was for 7:45am for a wellness check/bloodwork. Hers was the second name on the sign-in sheet--but we did not see Dr. Kent until 9:15am. My 91-yr-old mother had no breakfast (and no coffee!) until after 10am. Again, great doctor, you just have to be prepared for a long wait each time.
Dr. Kent is excellent. Attentive, kind, respectful, actively listens, doesn't rush his patients, thorough, compassionate, and an overall great doctor. He's taken good care of me over the years. I dread the day he retires!
