gaslighting, does'nt listen
My wife and I have been seeing Dr. Kuntz for over 15 years. During that time, he has never been wrong about a diagnosis. If there is something he's not sure about, he's not afraid to admit it and advise consulting a specialist. We have found him to be caring, honest, and incredibly knowledgeable. We both feel very fortunate to of found such a great physician in a town the size of Ithaca.
Bruce Kuntz was by far the most arrogant, rude, uncaring, & unprofessional doctor I have ever visited. I have never been treated so horribly by a doctor in my life. Dismissive, cold, & downright cruel.

Bruce Kuntz treated me with such unnecessary & hurtful arrogance & disdain during my appointment that I cried the moment I got back into my car. He was deliberately rude & cold to me & also lied to me about the dosing of an anxiolytic. I've worked as an RN in the past, so I know from experience that this level of arrogance & abruptness in doctors like him is dangerous in that they are overly confident, too cocky for the patients' good, & make patients afraid to return for follow-up care. He takes the time to assess my ailments and answer any questions I have. He is skilled at asking questions to determine symptoms and related issues, and is exceptional at actively listening. He is very knowledgeable, intelligent, practical, AND personable.
