Bruce has taken care of my family since 1987 and Kay is amazing. Highly recommend. They know their stuff and are very approachable and treat you like family.
Bruce has been our agent for several years and we have always had amazing service! The staff is so helpful and courteous!
I've been having a lot of problems with rear ended claim and cannot get a call back from my agent or staff. The claims process is done but it's been since 12/5/16 since I paid and State Farm hasn't given me my deductible back. I'm told by claims it's sittting in a que. I've had to file two complaints now with the Dept of Insurance and haven't heard from my agent. I plan on getting an online company.
