The installation of the new burner and water heater was done correctly. The issue came when he recommended us getting off of boiler heat to save money. He recommended a $1600 water heater and assured us multipole times that the water heater could handle a 3 unit home with no issues, well it couldn't. He wanted to charge me to go look at the water heater to see why it wasn't working. This company installed our natural gas boiler three years ago and we were very happy with the technician who did the installation. His name was Justin I believe and he was great. The owner was friendly with us at that time too. We had been bad and had not not had it serviced and called several weeks ago to schedule one. He came out to our camp last week to fix a leaking line. He didn't have time and said he'd be back on Wednesday (today). My husband waited all day for Bruce or anyone to show up and no one came. We called both phone numbers and got no response. If he didn't want to take care of our problem should have just said so and I would have called someone else. Very disappointed.
