Dr. Massel listened to my issues and diagnosed my problem that another doctor had missed. He gave me practical solutions as well as medication that helped me get better. Dr. Massel is calm and factual, so some may think he's not touchy/feeley. But his knowledge and experience are excellent. I highly recommend Dr. Massel.

I've had to find new healthcare after over 10 years with this doctor. In my opinion, his lackadaisical approach to my healthcare combined with the staffs inefficiency and rudeness is not only a disservice to his patients, but may also put there health in serious jeopardy. Perscriptions requests from patients or pharmacies are often not addressed on a timely basis, but according to his office it's always the pharmacies fault. had a horrible experience at this place, dr was distant, cold and only interested in his own clinical interest not the patients, at the end of my visit he instructs me to make another appointment in 8-10 weeks as a follow up, and when i try to do this thru the portal no one responds to multiple requests and then later i find out he left and went to another practice. no one from his office ever told me. great service, would not go to him wherever he is practicing.. stay away

I've been seeing Dr. Massel for a couple years now. He has great bedside manner and his staff has always been extremely friendly and professional with me.
