I was satisfied with the care provided by Dr. Keyser and his staff. I gave 3 stars due to the excessive wait of 100 minutes to see the doc. Apparently, this is not an outlier at this practice. They clearly overbook patients to maximize profits. I’m hopeful that my follow-up will be more timely.
