We had Bruce replace a door to our deck which had been slowly leaking water into the surrounding wall and was not functioning. This involved major work requiring constructing a new door, repairing the indoor mold covered wall, repainting the outside wall, replacing the wall papering of the inside wall, and replacing all the deteriorating gutters. Ivy plumbing used the wrong fittings to repair a leak in my suite and when the fitting leaked within a few months they were very rude about it and would not admit that they cut corners on the initial repair. I am a general contractor myself, his plumber used a rubber fitting instead of a traditional glue in fitting.

Bruce Ivy Construction does not stand behind their work. We contracted them to replace windows, doors, and cabinets because Bruce said his crew and subcontractors were experienced, efficient, and attentive to detail. However, we noticed dents, cracks, gouges, and scratches in various windows, doors, and cabinets, and noticed blemishes and puddles of gel stain in the wood finish.
