I found Dr. Tranmer to be very competent however, office staff is not reliable in getting back to patients with appointment which need to be scheduled. Appointment schedulers are very hard to reach as you have to speak with someone in Neurology who emails the scheduler and then we await a call from the scheduler who does not call in a timely fashion. We can never call and speak directly to a scheduler.
