I had an extremely disappointing experience with Bruce Hyundai and their service department. I brought my vehicle in to have my winter tires replaced with summer tires on the same rims, and the work was done very poorly. When I got my vehicle back, my rims had multiple scratches that were not there before. What makes this even more frustrating is how the situation was handled afterward. I brought my vehicle in because the check engine light was on, the hybrid system was not functioning properly, it was no longer going into EV mode, and fuel economy had significantly decreased. I paid for diagnostics and was told they believed the issue was electrical, but no definitive diagnosis was made and I was asked to return another day. I purchased a 2025 SantaFe hybrid in April of last year I am very happy with the SUV but the tires that came with it are not that great I only have 5/32 remaining at 29000 km on them plus they are hydroplaning, and the worst thing about the SantaFe hybrid they don’t come with a spare tire, to me after being in the tire industry for over 35 years is like buying a car without bumper’s and yes they give you a repair tire sealant to inject into the tire that is not recommended in the tire industries because of danger, tires need... read more
