Best customer service experience I’ve ever had at a Dealership Service Dept. Thank You Angela for your diligence and professionalism in keeping this repair progressing as efficiently as possible during the 10 days process to get my vehicle back on the road! Angela kept me regularly updated on all repair details throughout, which ultimately required a full subframe replacement and several dozen new parts. I would highly recommend this Dealership and Angela, for any of your Hyundai service needs in the future.

I just learned bruce shares my private information directly with carfax. When questioning bruce they indicated carfax does not keep this information (it does....someone created an account with carfax and it wasn't me and carfax indicated i was overdue for an oil change and due for a brake check soon.). They also told me I consented to this when I signed the sales agreement in 2022. Well. I didn't know about this at the time. Anyways. Beware. Edit : not sure how to reply to your comment so I just edited my post. Please do reach out to me about this because it cost me $525 that I’d like back . Funny you mention many car dealerships do this though because it’s not the same from Hyundai to Hyundai spoke to the one on baker drive in Dartmouth who use in house warranty.
