My wife and i purchased a new 2025 venue . We were treated great until they got their money . I was supposed to get my plates delivered to the nearest Bruce dealership .I called a week before the temporary permit ran out which was on a Sunday ,they told me they had them on their desk and they'd be sent out that day ,this was on Monday come Friday I still had not received .We had to go to our nearest access nova scotia and pay out of my pocket another 20.00 over the 40.00 I paid them to do for us .Now I called about my free o... read more

Good customer service but I don’t think I should have to pay or at least pay the full price for diagnostic when the result is they don’t have the scanner to scan my vehicle and I should take it to other dealership instead. I basically paid $120 for nothing. Ive had experience from other shops where they don’t charge me when they don’t fix the problem.
Not happy with their service dept. I left three messages within a week and got no call back from anyone. I left one with service manager at the end of last week. Still no call back. I’m not happy. Won’t go back for service or anything. Massive turn off. Response to owner**** You guys have my information I am not posting online. Also regarding your staff changes should not be an excuse you use for this neglect to customers. I’m sorry but staff should be delivering better service.
Service team are excellent. They are always looking at economical options, and are prompt with service. The free safety inspection was great for those of us who purchased our car from them.
