I recently had my vehicle serviced, and I have to say, I was very impressed. My service advisor, Holly, was right at the door to greet me. She very kindly reviewed the service I was about to have done on my car. Holly was friendly and asked if I had any questions, offered me a seat, and came out during the service to check in, and then spoke to the lady next to me about an additional service that would save her money on future repairs. I’ve bought 2 used vehicles at Bruce, ironically Andrew was the salesman both times. I can’t say enough good things about all the staff I’ve dealt with, but especially him. His kindness and patience when trying to find a vehicle that fit my current physical needs meant more than words can ever say.
