I first called to get a price for having a tow hitch put on my car and was told between 200 and 2000, I then told that person that if that was the best he could tell me I didn't need to deal with him and I hung up. I then called and talked to the owner who apologized and asked me to give them another chance that they would give me a discount due to the trouble and I told him that I would do that. I purchased a 2024 Palomino RV from Parkland in the fall. The entire staff was super nice and very helpful and made me as a customer feel in charge. From the sale, to financing, to warranty, to the PDI, was a very pleasant experience. As I am somewhat new to the RV scene, they had some great recommendations for accessory products to consider, and maybe some to wait on or avoid.
