We had to wait a month to get out carpet installed. Then on top of that, it took almost 2 months to get our complete set of furniture. It took me calling them and telling them to come get the furniture for me to finally get the complete set. When I told Joann that, she gave me a massive attitude. She had no clue where my recliner was, and magically she found it that day and I had it the next day. The first time we stopped at Bruce’s, Derek was very friendly and helpful. A few weeks later we returned and asked for Derek and he was able to help us with the best choices to refurnish our living room. We received our sofa yesterday and we love it. And the two young men who delivered it did a great job. The free delivery is a wonderful benefit. Dennis and Linda Saint
