Wow! I was without power all night due to a small electrical fire in the house. I called Bruce Electric and he had someone at my house by 7:30 in the morning. He quickly figured out the problem and also called Ameren for me. Bruce Electric fixed the problem on our end and Ameren took care of the rest of it. The technician made sure I felt the home was safe before he left. Great service!!

Very fast and efficient
I tried to do some electrical and created problems. John and his guy came out, diagnosed a complex problem, and solved it all in one day. Great experience and very thankful they took care of me in a jam!
Review edit: The technician came early the morning after I called and was awesome. He explained unknowns to me very well and was very knowledgeable. My issue turned out to be a user error (whoops) so it only took him about 5 minutes but they charged me $100 - even though I was quoted $75 an hour. I was referred here and guess I expected what I was told verbally. Any quotes they give, I would really ask in writing for an estimate. They obviously have an issue with quotes at this company.
