I emailed to find out when I could expect delivery of boots I had ordered. Ian contacted me immediately to say he would follow up, their records showed the boots had been delivered two days earlier. Ian took the time out to reassure me and said he would find out what had happened. It turned out the boots had been delivered to the Post Office.
