Trying to find a new primary, I visited Dr. Colet for the first time and he was friendly. He listened to my concerns and was very knowledgeable and helpful
The doctor and nurses are so nice and helpful and I don't want to dock their rating because they're great, but I just want to share my experience with the front desk (not sure who it was). A month prior to my appointment, I called to make sure that Dr. Colet can prescribe Accutane. The front desk lady had a major attitude and kept on saying that "he can't prescribe medication over the phone" again and again instead of answering my question. After spending nearly three decades with my primary I was forced to find a new provider when he retired. Finding a new primary can be a very unsettling and a difficult road to navigate. During our initial consult/physical Dr. Colet made me feel comfortable and at ease with the adjustment of finding a new primary. He is very knowledgeable, current in the medical field and has been kind, empathetic and supportive.
