Bruce Buchanan Design is a stained glass studio in the 78th Street Studios complex. Repairs and restorations are welcomed, as are new commissions for your home or institution. COVID-19 Update: Studio visits are by appointment only. Visitors must wear masks in the building. There are no public studio hours, but I’ll generally be in the studio M-F 9-5 or thereabouts. Call or email and we can set up the safest way to proceed. Thank you.

Bruce Buchanan does beautiful work. He’s easy to work with and lends his considerable knowledge to projects. The custom stained glass in our family’s home is exquisite.

Bruce has an amazing eye and talent...a true artist. Two very old, and very tall, stained glass windows, redesigned by Bruce with the clearest of glass, stop me in my tracks every. single. time. He goes above and beyond. A gem of a man who's so damn good at what he does~
