Turned a simple separation agreement into a marathon and an elongated affair. Never available for a quick turn around, if you need an appointment it will be 10 days wait. Caused delays in possession of a house due to her delays and over all slow response time. She turned what was an easily signed document, for a quick turnaround into a 5 week process for honestly no reason. Couldn't find 30 mins in her schedule to have urgent matters resolved quickly. Horrible experience! not sure from where to starts. communications, transparency, fair deal, understand customers needs, inform clients how things are done, fees and time they charge you compared to the actual time they spend with and many more everything mentioned is bad at. I'm a first time home buyer and I wish I have went to deal with another place. it was very bad experience not only from Gisele but from her staff. PLEASE find another law office.
