Had my first appointment today. He is a very good doctor. He listens professionally, and asks good questions. I would recommend him to anybody
Dr. Allen is top tier ! I am not sure why he has received so many negative reviews, maybe it's because many people believe therapists are going to give you all the magical answers to fix your life. However, in my opinion, quality therapists don't do that. Instead, they help you to challenge your own thoughts and beliefs in order to find your own solutions. Dr. Allen is understanding, humorous and professional. I highly recommend his office.
