Hiring Bruce Mandel was a costly mistake that caused enormous stress and harm. His communication was consistently poor--unresponsive, dismissive, and disorganized. He handled interactions with opposing counsel unprofessionally, creating embarrassment and weakening my case. Mandel pressured me into a rushed settlement without exploring better options, leaving me vulnerable and unsupported, just to name a few issues. Bruce proposed the simplest and quickest solution to my custody case, so I felt at ease and knew that he wasn’t milking me for billable time.
