Dr Kauk is a really caring person. One of the best doctors I have dealt with. Unfortunately he is retiring. He deserves it. But he will be missed. I wish him all the best and congrats on retirement!
A very caring individual that id concerned with the patient.
Dr. Kauk is great, but his staff refuses to assist me with the most minor of requests, i have been trying to get a prior auth for two weeks and have not had a single phone call from their nurse on staff. i understand the lady that usually does this is on vacation, but apparently that means they can just stop assisting their customers until she's back. 5 for Kauk being an excellent doctor but 1 because his staff doesn't care.
Dr. Kauk has been treating my 91 year old father David Berbert for almost a year now. Even with my dad's dementia, Dr. Kauk always treats him with great respect, humor and professionalism....not condescending at all! Dr. Kauk has been very thorough with his concern and care and we feel very at peace with his knowledge, experience and treatments. Thank you so much Dr. Kauk!
