What a wonderful office! The staff and Dr. Stawicki are so kind and gentle. They were able to squeeze me in after I hurt my toe and got me taken care of with knowledge, care, and great bedside manner.
Dr. Meltem Ates is an outstanding foot and ankle surgeon. From the first day I became her patient, she showed genuine care and professionalism while treating my ankle wound. In February of this year, I broke my leg, and I was very fortunate to be treated at Brucato Foot & Ankle Surgery by Dr. Parikh. Dr. Parikh was my doctor throughout the entire process and also performed my surgery. I can honestly say this was probably the best experience I have ever had with a doctor. Very disappointing experience. I missed calling ahead once because I have two young kids and was busy. I called the same day, apologized, and was already warned about their policy, which I acknowledged. Despite that, they still sent me a warning letter today about a $50 charge—as if I wasn’t already informed. When I tried to explain this, their response was extremely rude, with replies in ALL CAPS and bold, which felt unprofessional and disrespectful.
