Very disappointing experience. I missed calling ahead once because I have two young kids and was busy. I called the same day, apologized, and was already warned about their policy, which I acknowledged. Despite that, they still sent me a warning letter today about a $50 charge—as if I wasn’t already informed. When I tried to explain this, their response was extremely rude, with replies in ALL CAPS and bold, which felt unprofessional and disrespectful.
