We were on our way home to Ontario which is 8 hours away when we ran into some mechanical issues with our truck. We went to the dealership and although they were busy they were able to get our truck on the hoist and get us on our way within a couple of hours. Benjamin in the service department was especially helpful. All employees we came into contact with today were friendly and helpful. Pratique malhonnête, mentionne 8000$ taxes incluse, pour ensuite monter le prix a plus de 9000$(car plus haut côté à la saaq). Même si je comprends qu'il doivent payer plus de taxes que prévu. Il doivent l'inclure dans le prix taxe incluse. Ce n'est ni légal ni hônête. Mais le pire! Quand j'ai manifester mon mécontentent, le directeur est venu pour annuler la vente et ma rembourser mon dépôt. Même si j'étais prêt a payer le 1000$ de plus, il a refuser la vente. 1008km de parcourru et une journée de travail perdu pour un conc... read more

A big thank you. After breaking down on the highway and being towed to GMC on Thursday night, the staff at the garage were both helpful and efficient at getting us on our way in a rental and then having us back in our vehicle by Monday afternoon. As there was a language barrier (we do not speak French) Benjamin on reception was particularly kind and understanding and kept us informed at each step.
