A large focus is helping pregnant women continue to exercise safely and effectively throughout their pregnancy, and making sure they return to exercise safely, postnatally. I love helping mums of all stages become their fittest, strongest selves, so they can keep up with their little ones no matter what stage of motherhood they are in.

Brooke is amazing. She is always welcoming and is able to adjust the workout for you depending on how strong you feel, or if you need to baby wear for the session. Can't wait to come back next term.
I very much enjoy the classes and have gotten great results in only 1 term. It feels like a safe space where woman support each other. I will definitely be returning ☺️
I have done 2 terms of fitness classes with Brooke and have loved it! Brooke is an amazing instructor, her classes are fun and I always leave feeling better than when I arrived. As someone who didn't do much exercise beforehand and had trouble sticking to exercise consistently, this class has really helped me not only recover postnatally but even get stronger and fitter than I was pre-pregnancy. Brooke made me feel comfortable and safe when returning to exercise after pregnancy. It was great to be able to bring baby along and all exercises were adjusted for my own postpartum journey. The workouts were fun, it was great to meet likeminded mums too!
This is my second time using BRSW to get me moving again after my baby. The classes are relaxed but you have the opportunity to go as hard as you want depending on how you are feeling that day. Brooke is easy going, funny, knowledgeable and just an all round good chick. I have loved these classes.
