A few weeks ago, I had the opportunity to get in touch with the BRS Pools Spa & Fountain team, I found them throgj a Google search and visited their website, I was impressed by the comprehensive range of service that they offer, Idecide to call their office and I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism with wich they addressed all my doubts. Not impressed. Poor management, they fleece customers on everything they sell. They deliberately lie to customers and put them off week after week to deny service that wouldn't be profitable for the company. Ruthless owner, cares only about self. Don't work there, owner flat out stated he never gives raises. Reason why employees rush through their daily routes to get back at owner.
