Called because we had frozen pipes. Dispatched person, came to my house. Took my word for it that it was frozen, said didn't bring anything to help or check. Left and then never heard from them again. Months and months pass, get calls about an invoice that I never received. Oh look they had the wrong email address. They updated and sent the invoice again but saying they would send to collections (because they didnt send my invoice or follow up for 7 months). Great thanks to Dan, Brian, and Nancy for the outstanding job. Dan did a great job to fix the water tap drainage (Culligan) in basement and no more leaking. Funny thing, next day, another problem came up with a few drops in basement with the main drainage. Dan had investigated and couldn't pinpoint the problems and it's mystery. I have suggested to check the attic and the roof boot if there is light through the roof without using flashlight and found the problem.
