Shawn is an honest and knowledgeable person. It's obvious he has been doing this for a while as he was troubleshooting my system in ways I hadn't even known. He didn't try to upsell me in anyway and actually didn't want any money for an easy fix! I had to demand he take the money. Will definitely recommend.
We had a very good experience. The Technician was very professional and thorough on my A/C System, and what he suggested worked and worked well.
