2025 Sea Doo, new out of the box, has low oil pressure issue...a manufacturing flaw and motor debris. Now this company has had the PWC for well more than 2 months out of service (rebuilding the thing) instead of doing what is ethical. No customer apology, no compensation for the loss, and certainly not willing let me have that new product experience. Recommend doing your research into other brands. Exercise due caution dealing with this outfit.

Overnight parking available at entrance for atleast 6-7 trucks. Docks inside the building at the back. No network inside building. Unloading took 1 to 1.5 hrs.

Mediocre company with no clue of how to run operations. Never worked for a company that's fired so many bosses, very unstable environment. Change rules and guidelines more often than some change their underwear. If you're one of the favored, you can get away with everything. Returned goods don't get inspected, just processed and put away with or without all contents in the package and ready to go out to the next person.
