Solid experience ordering my clinics medications through BRP. Customer service has always been quick to answer questions and get quotes out on pricing to my providers. Ordering is easy through online portal or by email.
Condescending, incompetent, rude staff. They play games with their product, including never letting you know their prices. They give poor advice like trying to tell me that all states don't tax any pharmaceuticals, including over the counter. They ask very nosey questions that you either can't answer, or are completely none of their business. They keep referring to nonexistent regulations as an excuse for their outrageous behavior.
