I was recently attacked by a neighbor in my apartment and the management company associated with this property is some of the most unprofessional individuals, I have ever encountered. I ask multiple times about a safety transfer and was told since the property is owned by a private company they don't do emergency transfers. Now after my attack they can offer me an emergency transfer form that can still take up until 6 months and I have to find my own apartment. Terrible company! They never answer emails, even if there is an emergency they just ignore your calls. They are incredibly rude and disrespectful. I've been staying in one of their ''luxury residential'' in Brooklyn and you definitely don't expect to be treated nicely. I'm getting out of this apartment as soon as my lease is up. I will look out for ways to leave even earlier. Even if you like the building, if there is a connection with BRP just don't do it!
Zero Stars. Not even 1. DO NOT STAY IN ONE OF THEIR PROPERTIES. ESPECIALLY 27 Albany ave!! They are very unprofessional. Jennifer is the property manager in this building. And she never responds to the emails or she responds a month later if you’re lucky. They didn’t have online payment, and if the check goes 1-2 days late, not because of you but because of the postal service, even though they see the date that you sent the check they still charge you a fee.
