I was recently harassed by a neighbor in my apartment and the management company associated with this property is some of the most unprofessional individuals, I have ever encountered. I ask multiple times about a safety transfer and was told since the property is owned by a private company they don't do emergency transfers. Now after my last incident they can offer me an emergency transfer form that can still take up until 6 months and I have to find my own apartment. Terrible company! They never answer emails, even if there is an emergency they just ignore your calls. They are incredibly rude and disrespectful. I've been staying in one of their ''luxury residential'' in Brooklyn and you definitely don't expect to be treated nicely. I'm getting out of this apartment as soon as my lease is up. I will look out for ways to leave even earlier. Even if you like the building, if there is a connection with BRP just don't do it!
