A resident at one of this company's Queens properties. Four months of continuous disturbance from a neighboring unit, escalating to a threat to our personal safety, with no solution from this company at any point. I was recently harassed by a neighbor in my apartment and the management company associated with this property is some of the most unprofessional individuals, I have ever encountered. I ask multiple times about a safety transfer and was told since the property is owned by a private company they don't do emergency transfers. Now after my last incident they can offer me an emergency transfer form that can still take up until 6 months and I have to find my own apartment.
