Wow unbelievable lack of customer service!!!. We were looking up bikes to rent online while staying the holiday weekend. Looking up on our phone since no WiFi at house we are staying at. Cell service was poor on the island but could get some service standing on top deck. Thought we were in luck when BRP site said they had bikes available so we did an online reservation about 30 minutes before they opened. super awesome guy that runs the shop, he was extremely helpful and went out of his way to answer any questions I had. Will definitely go back when we need another bicycle.
Gary went above and beyond to help us out with a bike while my daughter was here visiting for the summer
