We used Broyles to have a Lennox furnace installed in April 2007. Since that date the inducer motor has needed replacement FOUR times, the first time being less then two years after installation in October of 2008. We have contacted Lennox directly who states that this is highly atypical of their product and they assume it is installation error. Regardless, I will never use Broyles or their product again.
