Wow! I placed an order to go to the hospital for my sister in law and they delivered them the same day! The arrangement was absolutely BEAUTIFUL! I will always order here from now on! The artistic placement of the flowers was perfect! Plus, the stuffed animal has a bandage. Details, really matter. Thank you very much for the great customer service!
I had gone to a few other florists in the area looking for 10 small bouquets for a high school volleyball senior night and was told that they could not do anything to keep the cost in my budget. The designer at Broyles went out of her way to not only keep to the school budget but she also made sure I was very happy with each bouquet, as there were 3 different types needed, as well as making sure certain flowers would be there on the day of delivery. I would definitely recommend and use them in the future.
Stopped by to pick out some flowers from the cooler and only wanted them wrapped ( I had done this twice before and it was never an issue, you just walk into the cooler and pick what you want) the employee was extremely rude. She said if there wasn’t something pre-made that I wanted that she couldn’t help me. I reluctantly grabbed two pre-made wrapped arrangements and then she acted like it was my fault that she wasn’t familiar with the cash register, specifically the credit card machine.
