Honestly, I was really excited to make this my home eyebrow location. I just moved to Burbank and needed something closer and more convenient. Although they are pricey, I thought I’d give it a shot since they had great reviews. I will say my first experience with Katelynn was phenomenal and she took her time and was diligent with the tweezing/tinting of my brows. I was so happy with the result. Been going for 4 years. Lost me as a customer because I hit really bad traffic and told them id be late. Gave me courtesy pushback time but then still wanted to charge me for missing the appt but put me with someone else for another appt. I dont feel like you should treat your loyal customers like this. And to think about how many times theyve been running behind and i never cared. Absurd, won't be back.

I prefer to tweeze my eyebrows and found this place a few years ago. They do a great job and are super friendly.
