Browz is a joke, hopefully Avetta will be better. Only use them because client requires them. I have used them for over 10 years now and have lost thousands in revenue every year because of them. Got an email at 11:47 pm saying they need more info and sure enough trying to get on client's property this morning at 5:40 am our badges don't work.
