I come here for my yearly eye exam and to update my glasses. The girls welcomes me with such warmth and kindness as usual with their sweet smile. Everyone here is incredibly helpful with checking insurance plan coverage. The technician girl who helped measure my eyes in the back is so sweet, she is very professional, patient and knowledgeable. My husband , daughter and I came in and had our yearly eye exam. We were greeted with such warmth and kindness. Anna the manager was incredibly helpful with checking plan coverage. Lily was so sweet, she was the technician who helped measure my eyes in the back, she was very professional, patient and knowledgeable,she explained everything. Wow, what a relaxed and laid-back place! Got my exam done under 30 minutes, and didn't push me to buy glasses/frames. Love this place.
I wanted to update my review from 3 years ago. 3 years ago, I encountered a few issues with incorrect orders and administrative process error hence I gave a low rating. I did continue staying with them because it's close to where I live and Dr Fu is a great optometrist. I have seen great improvements where theres no errors with administrative process. Over the years, the staff have been very friendly and I have had a great experience.
