I am absolutely OBSESSED with my brows! The whole experience was amazing – super professional, clean, and comfortable from start to finish. They listened to exactly what I wanted and absolutely nailed the shape and shade. My brows look amazing and frame my face perfectly. I’ve already had so many compliments and couldn’t be happier with the results. Highly recommend to anyone thinking about getting their brows done – best decision ever!
Really poor customer experience. This place was once highly recommended but has since gone backwards in many ways. The young girl on reception Rylie who claims to do all the treatments is very inexperienced and has no customer service skills. I initially called to make any enquiry however I didn’t receive a call back. 2 days later I went on their website to make an appointment for a previous treatment that was confirmed. I’ve been coming here for a few years now. Olivia tattooed my eyebrows a while ago and my usual eyebrow maintenance was performed by Steph, Yasmine or Rylie. I always look forward to coming into the salon and seeing everyone. All staff are professional and friendly and always make me feel welcome 🥰✨ I wouldn’t go anywhere else x
