Worst experience ever. I had an okay experience the first time I visited, so I decided to give it another shot. Unfortunately, this visit was terrible. The person who was supposed to shape my eyebrows was late. Despite being an eyebrow artist, she couldn’t give my eyebrows the shape I wanted. I had to literally draw on my eyebrows to show her exactly what I wanted, but she still didn’t get it right. Tessa is truly a master of her craft, and I could not be happier with the results! I have light/medium brown hair, and had requested a brow that was natural in appearance yet well-defined. That's a fine line to walk, but Tessa absolutely nailed it! Came in for my one year touch up with Tessa, as always great service quick and professional, i love that it is not painful so anyone that is scared to do nano eyebrows needs to go see Tessa, you will not be disappointed. She’s your girl! Highly recommend!! Love my eye brows!!!!
