I've been a client for over five years, and as a PCOS girly who gets my eyebrows, lip, and neck threaded regularly, I can't recommend this place enough! Sonia is as accommodating as possible, but calling ahead to book an appointment is the way to go—she'll fit you in the same day. Her work is seriously unmatched. She’s super busy but takes her time to give you a thorough thread and an amazing result. If you're looking for the best threading, this is the place to go!

I went to get my eye brows threaded. She tried to touch my face without changing the gloves from the last person. She said she was going to change them, I guess only after trying to touch my face? Then she went to grab the tools (brush and tweezers) that were on the counter FROM THE PREVIOUS CUSTOMER. I walked out.

I decided to give this place a try since my regular place to go is a bit far from me. First off, not even a hello as you walk in through the door. Secondly, this lady needs some training on how to speak to her customers. I was waiting for a while as there were 2 ppl in front of me. Never can take a walk in. 5th time there. Maybe it me. When I call no one ever answers the phone. Always asks to come back later never takes info to call when available. Maybe they just don’t want to service me.
