"I’ve visited this place four times now for eyebrow threading, but unfortunately, this visit was disappointing. The technician seemed unusually fussy and was quite rude. Despite being a repeat customer, she didn't recognize me, and when I politely mentioned that my right eyebrow looked a bit broad and asked if she could pluck a few hairs from the bottom, she suggested I go elsewhere if I wasn’t satisfied. I’ve been going here since November and this is the only place I’ll be sticking too. The attentiveness to detail and she is aware and cautious of what her customer want. She is just so great !

Sonya is an absolute artist when it comes to eyebrow threading. I do not have enough good things to say!! Highly recommend to anyone that wants to get their eyebrows threaded.

Absolutely do not recommend if you want to keep your full brows! I specifically asked for fuller brows with just some shaping and she disregarded all of my requests and made my brows incredibly thin, pretty much the opposite of what I asked for. It's gonna take weeks until my face looks normal again
