*Im writing my review here since the owner deleted my review off of her Facebook business page but here’s my experience at Libby’s. I received lash extensions from Kayla which started falling out in small clumps the very same day so by then they looked like I never got extensions at all. I was very gentle with my lashes, there was no reason for them to just fall off. I was only offered for them to be filled at a discount and was refused a refund. I feel jipped.
