i dont normally review anything but this was LONG overdue . ive been going to rupa’s shop since it was located downstairs & called the eyebrow palace back in 2017 . i wont let anybody else do my brows besides her & her staff if she isnt available . i wish i could rupa 10 billion stars . shes always so kind, professional - letting me know when she is available & does a great job ! i know some may have had bad experiences with the people she may have hired while she was out on maternity leave but dont knock her whole business ... read more

I’m so upset, I’ve been coming here for 2-3 years with Aqsa and I’m not sure what happened to her but the new lady messed up my eyebrows so bad I told her how I wanted it and she refused to make it thinner in the part I wanted it thinner but proceeded to make my arch and tail pencil thin. I asked her if she was new and she told me she had 6 years of experience, well clearly not great. I’m so keen on my eyebrows Aqsa always got it right! I never got my eyebrows done and the lady working there made them look good, the only thing was she didn’t ask how I wanted them, but they turned out amazing!
