I have been been getting my eyebrows done here for years and wouldn’t go anywhere else however they are not staffing for the demand. The past few times being here 7/8 people waiting and one person working who has to do the service and cash everyone out. Waiting an hour plus is very inconvenient. If you can’t staff more please start taking appointments first come first serve in a place so busy no longer makes sense.
I’ve been going to this place for years now. at first there was a sweet lady she use to do my brows perfectly and now there’s this new girl she ruined my brows. She kept trying to fix it and just kept making it worse I told her to stop but she kept going and said I can fix it. i was getting it done for my engagement she ruined it for me.
Very amazing service and friendly environment! come out with good brows each time!!
